Write a story about a person who makes one decision regarding their physical fitness (good or bad). Through story telling convey how this decision has an impact on at least two of the other four fitnesses (spiritual, emotional, intellectual or social). Unlike the examples we did in class this should be entertaining story telling that weaves the inter-connections of the SPIES into a well told story.
